We hope all our orders are received and loved by our customers but if you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will gladly accept a return on the following conditions:
• Written communication has been sent via the contact us page or to hello@zuzucollective.co.za within 14 days of delivery.
• The incorrect product(s) were delivered to what was ordered
• The stock is in its original packaging, has not been used and is free from defects other than those that may have been caused due to shipping
• Products were not bought on SALE
• The product was delivered with a defect and has not been used.
